Rude cashiers. Nothing special about this location.

I had to order a sandwich there 4 times before they got it right... This is the 3rd time doing so just for adding onions.. Why does it take so much work just to add onions? The customer service is cool, just the people in the back making the food are not good at taking directions I assume. More training needs to be done or communication needs to get better.

It's open 24/7 I think or at least past 2am which is around when I stopped in. It was actually pretty busy and to my disappointment they don't allow you to order off the dollar menu at night. Which I thought fine, ill just order a meal. Instead all I received was a sandwich. I guess I shouldn't expect too much at 2am.

I'm going to be honest and hope I don't get sued when I say that this place is definitely not a good fast food shop, at least in my opinion. The customer service was horrible, as was the hygiene and drive-thru. The food didn't sit too well, either. And I eat McDonalds once a month, usually, and honestly say that the food usually does sit well. But it didn't sit well here.

Well, they mixed up my order but they were really cool about fixing it. The gentleman helping me had English as a Second Language issues, but he was very friendly as if to compensate. I guess it worked. There are no teenagers here after 9 pm. I think that's the secret to not hating this place. Perhaps most importantly, this McDonald's provided needed refuge for me when the ne'er-do-wells two blocks away started misbehaving in the public parking lot where I had been previously. For that alone, I give them another star.

When's the right time for a McFlurry? After the following 3 plays to end the Ravens Super Bowl run at the AFC championship: 3) Our guy gets fouled in the red zone. It doesn't get called. No first down. 2) No matter! TD pass is caught!! Oh, then dropped. 1) No matter, settle for a game-tying easy peezy field goal and win this sucka in overtime. Except WE MISS IT. Game over. At least McD's is reliable. And btw, you can get your McFlurry with both Oreos AND m&ms. Yaaaay...

Overall, cashiers to managers, they were really humble and nice. Our food came out quickly and the manager kept apologizing that our chicken for the salad is being made, and sorry for the wait. Honestly, I didn't think they were taking long. But loved the service there.

It's McDonald's. The food is consistent with McDonald's. The prices are consistent with McDonald's. The cleanliness is consistent with McDonald's. The service however at this particular location, specifically the drive-thru service, is beyond your McDonald's expectations. They are quite quick and nearly always accurate. They are very friendly as well.

Pretty sure that was the worst customer service experience of all time. Please don't go here unless you want something you didn't order served by somebody you can't understand. Zero stars.

Very rude latina shift manager that works the late shift. She definitely made me feel horrible for asking for some peanuts for the sundae i ordered. Its not my fault you work at McDonald's.

  • Donis M.

This place is terrible. I just ordered and the gave me someone else's order. And the Latina cashier is asking me for the my receipt that I already handed to her with the incorrect bag and order. And she is arguing with me that the manager is busy in the office and they can't fix my order until the manager comes out. This is crazy and these employees think they deserve more money when they have no clue that they are in customer service! Try anyplace else!

Go ahead. Judge me. I eat McDonald's. I stopped by post-exam looking for a deep-fried, high-caloric stress relief and was frustrated when I realized (after pulling out of the lot and on my way home) that the drive-through attendant had incorrectly placed my order. The manager was apologetic and handled my complaint very professionally. Kudos to her customer service skills, which made it very hard for me to maintain being angry. All-in-all, she quickly replaced my order with the correct one and I left a happy customer.

75% can't speak English, don't honor my Vet ID on 11/11 when they have free stuff on value menu.

... I went through the drive thru and there was a Person outside with their mobile register taking orders but instead he would go lean up against the wall and talk to us from the normal ordering speaker which was really weird...I got to the window I repeated my order three times to make sure.... And receipt had my order right ... I got my things and drove off to work... I get to work and .. SUPRISE I got things missing from my order. Not only that... I'm allergic to pickles and I said no pickles .. And guess what... There were pickles in everything... It's my own fault for not checking in the bag.. ... Everytime I don't check. SomThing is always wrong .. But what's the point of a drive thru if you don't get your order ?

I will never go to get iced coffee from this McDonald's again during the lunch hour. Think: Lil Mama "My Lip Gloss is Poppin' Video That pretty much sets the scene here as I drive up to this McDonald's to get my iced coffee fix. Blair High School is just across the street, so all of these kids pretty much come over to the McDonald's to just kick it. And somebody must have brought the Bubble Tape and Pixie Sticks out in homeroom today, because these kids were wild! I roll pass these kids OG style to the drive thru. The woman that helped me spoke excellent English and had no problems hearing me. Additionally, some McDonald's locations don't know how to make good iced coffee. I went to one last week that put waaaay to much cream in my coffee. In fact, when Miriam W got in my car, she said "Oops! Looks like you left your milk in here! " I like my coffee to be just like me - a little more coffee than cream! ;)
